Milton Krest

Milton Krest was a marine biologist in the employ of drug kingpin Franz Sanchez. His laboratory in the Florida Keys served as one of many fronts for Sanchez's operations, and Krest also owned a marine research vessel, the WaveKrest, which he used to smuggle drugs for Sanchez. Because it was his shark that maimed Felix Leiter, Krest became a target for the vengeance of James Bond. After his initial attempt to kill Sanchez failed, Bond set it up so that Sanchez believed Krest had betrayed him, and was the one who tried to have him killed. A thoroughly confused Krest was subsequently killed by Sanchez, who threw him into a decompression chamber aboard the WaveKrest and turned the pressure up until Krest's head exploded.
