Mind Swapping Device

The Mind Swapping Device is the piece of technology unveiled by Professor J.J. Vatoss in the Mad Scientist's Convention. Obviously, this machine is used to swap the brains of two or more organisms. The device plays a key role as it is used by Vahtoss to switch the Tick and Arthur.
Eventually, the nefarious Professor Chromedome seizes the device and uses it on everyone present. The Tick becomes a zebra. Arthur becomes a tongue-creature. And most importantly of all, Chairface Chippendale becomes the Tick!
