Mirror Master (Sam Scudder)

Main Article: Sam Scudder

Samuel Joseph Scudder was a male human who had been sent to prison for robbery where he worked in a mirror factory. One day he accidentally spilled chemicals on a mirror and found that that mirror captured the image of whatever image it reflected for number of minutes. After being released from prison and further experimentation with his camera mirror he developed a whole arsenal based on lasers and created the identity of the Mirror Master. Mirror Master used his camera mirror to capture pictures of bank tellers, then developed the pictures into 3-D constructs and instructed them to rob their places of employment. Flash was investigating the mysterious robberies where no one knew when or how the money went missing. In his civilian identity of Barry Allen he visited his local bank and saw the usual teller Wilkins heading out, but suspected something was amiss because his hair was parted to the left instead of the right and he was wearing his wedding band on his right hand. He followed Wilkins, who put on a burst of speed, and even after changing to the Flash he had a hard time keeping up. Wilkins went into a strange house that belonged to Mirror Master on the outskirts of town. Mirror Master sent a giant mosquito after Flash, but when the hero approached light speed it broke apart. Flash realized Wilkins and the mosquito were both made of light, so when Mirror Master sent a Minotaur after Flash he defeated it by turning the light out out in the room. With his bag of tricks exhausted Flash easily detained Mirror Master. (The Flash v1 #105)

Mirror Master (Evan McCulloch)

Main Article: Evan McCulloch

Evan McCulloch was a man who grew up in Scotland where he had been abandoned as a child and raised at an orphanage. This was until he was old enough to leave where he came to be a hired hitman and assassin. One day, he ended up accidentally killing his biological father and in grief his mother had killed herself before he could meet her. McCulloch was ready to surrender himself to the authorities when he was caught by U.S. agents who had been impressed with his work. They could not hire a mercenary but wanted to employ his expertise where the FBI decided to give him the equipment of the deceased Mirror Master so that he could operate as a supervillain whilst doing covert assignments. (The Flash v2 #212)

Labs' particle accelerator exploded, though she was trapped for six years. After learning Carver stole her technology and used it to create Black Hole, McCulloch developed and honed her newfound ability to travel through reflective surfaces and manipulate mirror shards over the years to get revenge. During her sixth year in the mirrorverse, she traps several key figures with her and uses mirror duplicates of them as her proxies to procure technology so she can eventually escape the mirrorverse. Upon doing so, she kills Carver and retakes her company. In the seventh season, Eva attacks Black Hole's remnants, shattering Scudder's mirror duplicate along the way. After discovering her true nature and the Flash leaking it to the public, Eva goes berserk and took the name Mirror Monarch where she attempted to replace everyone in Central City with mirror duplicates until the Flash and Iris West-Allen convince her to stand down. Due to her duplicates having grown too powerful, the three destroy them before Eva releases her prisoners and leaves for the mirrorverse to start anew.
