Mr. Perkins

Mr. Perkins was a Neo-Nazi to whom Robert G. Durant and Dr. Alfred Hathaway planned to sell a shipment of the Vigilante assault rifle, for $1 million per gun. Although initially cooperative, Perkins foolishly attempted to back out of the deal when Darkman crashed the meeting. He and his bodyguards attempted to flee with both the Vigilantes and the caseloads of money intended as payment, but Dr. Hathaway noticed them escaping. Perkins was shot and killed by the insane scientist for stealing his "babies."
