Mr. Perry

Mr. Perry was a cheetah junior executive at Khan Industries who was really a corporate spy. He was paid $1 million by Mr. Sulton of Miniversal to steal a top secret project that Khan Industries was working on. Loyal company employee Professor Buzz overheard Perry talking to Sultan, and tried to inform Shere Khan of his treachery.

But Perry got to Khan first and convinced him that Buzz was the spy and not himself, which prompted Buzz to steal the top secret project - an experimental helicopter - to keep it out of Perry's and Miniversal's hands. Along with some Miniversal guards Perry tried, and failed to steal back the helicopter even after tricking Baloo into leading them to Buzz's hideaway in the No-Smokey Mountains.
