A society of mutants inhabit the ruins of New York City. They worship an Alpha-Omega Bomb, which they believe is their god and an instrument of peace. They have great telepathic powers and can force people to kill each other just by projecting thoughts.
Animated Series
The mutants are also known as the Underdwellers, and they believed Judy Franklin was their returned prophetess, named "Usa".
Marvel Comic
A breed of mutants known as the Inheritors dwell in an unknown city in the Forbidden Zone. They are one with the Gestalt Mind.
