Nigel

Nigel was an extremely dense and claustrophobic thug hired by Scarecrow to help him get revenge against Dr. Long and Gotham University. Nigel accidentally got a dose of his the Scarecrow's fear toxin during a tussle with Batman aboard their getaway blimp, which intensified his claustrophobia. Seeking to escape the confines of the blimp cabin, Nigel leapt out the window and landed in a tree.
