Nightwalkers (Vampire Rain)

Nightwalkers are Vampires that feature in the game Vampire Rain.

Background

Nightwalkers were responsible for a wave of civilian disappearances across the United States. They feed on Human blood thus transforming their victims into new Nightwalkers that live and serve them. Upon being created, the Nightwalker gains heightened senses along with superhuman strength making them powerful enough to be considered a serious threat to even trained Special Forces teams.

These type of vampires are divided into those that have been transformed and those that were naturally born as Nightwalkers. The former serve the latter and appear to act in a near zombie-ish fashion. An entire group of Nightwalkers can be killed by destroying the Prime Walker that spawned them. Furthermore, its believed that rain hampers the abilities of these vampires.
