Noahadai

The Noahadai were a group that featured in the Sci Fi movie Monster Ark.

History

The origins of the Noahadai are linked to that of God's servant Noah who was tasked with building two Arks for the coming Flood as part of a test. The first of these great ships would carry two of every animal and allow the survival of the Human race. The second Ark was used to seal the last of the Nephilim in a prison as a way of banishing the ravaging beast. After the world was cleansed by the Flood, the descendants of Noah created a brotherhood designed to watch over the Secret of Noah's creation and other dangers to the world that would challenge the faith. Thus, they formed a secret order that operated in the world of Man and kept watch over its actions for over a period of 5,000 years.

At one point, a member of the order of the Noahadai broke his oath and attempted to reveal the Secret to the world by stealing the Genesis Scroll. However, this renegade member disappeared but in fear, the Noahadai decided to scatter to better protect themselves but still watch over the Secret. They were also responsible for relocating the dead body of Noah and emtomb him in a different location in order to protect the Secret along with Noah's staff. After this, the order was responsible for placing misinformation about the body of Noah in order to better protect its location.

In the 21st century, one of the greatest fears of the brotherhood came to pass. An American archaeologist, Nicholas Zavaterro had discovered the Genesis Scrolls and located the second Ark of Noah where the beast was located. They thus dispatched one of their clean up teams to Iraq to stop the monster from being released but discovered that they were too late. Thus, the Noahadai were sent to stop the creatures liberators but their operative was captured. It was then that the two sides joined forces to find Noah's staff in order to capture the demon once more as its continued release would bring about the end of Mankind.

Ultimately, through the aid of Nicholas Zavaterro, the Noahadai were able to re-imprison the monster in its Ark prison. Once captured, it was taken to a secre Noahadai location where it remained in a metal container in the hopes that it would never be free again. For his actions, Zavaterro was made an honorary Noahadai and sought to make him a member of the brotherhood in order to help maintain the other Secrets that they order knew of which needed to be kept to protect the world.

Background

The Noahadai were an ancient organization that lived a secret life in the world. They were a religious organization with many tenents similar to Christianity even though they predated the religion.

Those who were part of the order took part in an oath which sought to maintain the Secret of the brotherhood which consisted of revelations since the time of Noah. They did this to help maintain the faith of the people as some of the secrets would possibly shatter the faith of Man if they were revealed. The oath was a vital component of the organization and also helped maintain the secrecy of the order from the world. They were privy to certain secrets beyond that of any other organization. The group was wealthy enough to possess a vast array of resources brought about through business contacts. They also had a wide range of individuals spread across the world who would notify the leaders of the Noahadai of developments that threatened the secret.

Members of the brotherhood wore a unique golden pendant around their necks with a pattern on its surface which marked the individual as being a Noahadai. As part of their traditions, children born were never informed of the orders existence until the age of 19. This meant that certain new born children who lose their parents or family before the age of 19 were capable of not knowing their ancestry and of the brotherhood. People who were never born into the order were capable of being inducted by the leaders of the Noahadai and wore given honorary pendants to signify their acceptance of a new inductee.

In order to bring about certain tasks, the Noahadai had a military unit within its rank that appeared to operate almost as a black ops unit with black clothing and operatives. These agents were sent on cleaning missions which included killing those that threatened the sanctity of the secret.
