Photoplasmic Converter

The Photoplasmic Converter was a device invented by Optilux that allowed him to turn any target into living light. The Converter was used to create Amalynth, and it was later confiscated by Supreme, stored in his Citadel Supreme. Optilux reclaimed the Converter after escaping from the Hell of Mirrors, using it on attendees at a rock concert, before Suprema turned it on him, finally allowing the people of Amalynth access to their jailer.
