The Pool of Eternal Life was a location that feaured in the movie The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.

Background

The Pool of Eternal Life was a mythical place located in the Himalaya's in the lands of Shangri-la itself. It was a bath shaped structure seemed within the mountains and was guarded by the Yeti as well as Zi Juan. Emperor Han sought the waters from the Pool to rejuvenate himself and after gaining its power, he was granted the power to shapeshift. The same water was used to heal Rick O'Connell from a mortal wound that would have claimed his life.

The Eye of Shangri-la contained a small amount of water from the Pool and served as a guide to the Gateway to Shangri-la whereupon the way to the Pool can be sought.
