History
The Praetorian Guard are an elite group of mercenaries that sell their services to the highest bidder. They make use of high level of tactics mixed with advanced equipment and weaponry. They were hired by Richard Fisk during the gang wars hat engulfed the city after the disappearance of the King Pin. They were tasked with protecting Richard Fisk and eliminating his enemies.
Though Richard Fisk had no intention of taking over the Kingpin's criminal empire, the leader of the Praetorian Guard took his duty to the highest extent and ordered his men on missions that Richard was unaware of in order to better secure him. They were responsible with the attempted capture of Peter Parker and his family along with fighting the Rose. They also helped protect Richard's fiance and, after her near killing by a hired assassin, they were hired as Richard Fisk became the new Kingpin.
