History
Project 7734 was a secret military initiative created by General Sam Lane of the United States of America with the purpose of protecting the world from alien invasion. The primary target of the project was Superman but came to consider other Kryptonians as a threat. (Superman: Secret Files 2009)
Following his battle against Brainiac, Superman managed to defeat the Coluan alien and rescued the Bottle City of Kandor from his vessel. The Kryptonian city was then magnified thus restoring the Kandorians back to their normal size. Project 7734 came to observe this secretly and deemed this to be a great threat to the U.S. as well as the world. To fight against them, the Project looked to mine the comatose Brainiac of his otherwordly knowledge but he awoke and attempted to harvest everyon at the facility for information. He was only stopped by Codename: Assassin who managed to render the Coluan unconscious once again. (Superman: New Krypton Special v1 #1)
Overview
In appearance, the Project was created under the umbrella of safeguarding the planet from the threat of alien invasion. (Superman: Secret Files 2009) This unit's sole aim was Superman who they did not want to simply defeat but instead wanted to terminate him. (Superman: New Krypton Special v1 #1)
Among its arsenal was access to an archive to the creations of Project M including its robotics and genetics products. (Superman v1 #692)

- Project 7734 was created by Geoff Johns, James Robinson, Sterling Gates, Pete Woods, and Gary Frank where it made its first appearance in Superman: New Krypton Special v1 #1 (December, 2008).
- On an LCD screen, 7734 spelt backwards was shown to spell HELL.

Television
- In Superman & Lois, Project 7734 made an appearance in the setting of the live-action television series set in the Arrowverse. General Sam Lane had the U.S. military open a top-secret program that he called Project 7734 that was made after he encountered Captain Luthor who was a Lex Luthor from a reality where Superman was a threat to the world.
