R.D. was an insane android of mysterious origin who was physically identical to R. Dorothy Wainwright. She considered it her mission to murder every human in Paradigm City who had been implanted with the original memories of the members of the Paradigm Group. She managed to kill them all but Roger Smith, who survived long enough to be saved by R. Dorothy and the Big O.
It was later suggested that R.D. had been activated by the Union.
