History
The Red Trinity (Russian: Красная Троица, romanized: Krasnaya Troitsa, a.k.a. Kapitalist Kouriers)
Their origins were traced to Doctor Pytor Orloff who was a prominent Russian scientist at the Puleski Institute in Siberia. He looked to impart super-speed on laboratory subjects which he used through steroids and cybernetic implants, in conjunction with specialized gene therapy. Through these measures, he was able to overcome the adverse side effects that had afflicted an earlier group of experiments called Blue Trinity. Thus, he was provided test subjects in three youths sent by the Kremlin that were successfully given super-speed by Orloff.

- The Red Trinity were created by Mike Baron and Jackson Guice where they made their first appearance in The Flash v2 #6 (November, 1987).
