Rick Anderson

Rick Anderson was of Robert G. Durant's henchmen. He is the one who murdered Dr. Peyton Westlake's friend and assistant Yakitito when the gang broke into Westlake's lab. As such, Rick was Darkman's first target in his quest for revenge against Durant's gang members. After interrogating Rick in a sewer and learning Durant's name, Darkman thrust him bodily up through the manhole where he was run over by a passing truck.

Comments

• In Randall Boyll's novelization and in the Marvel comic adaptation, Darkman doesn't kill Rick. However Rick is left insane from his experience with him, and in the novel commits suicide by falling into a pool.
• Also in the novel, his surname is Desmond.
