Biography
Rose (Japanese: ローズ, Hepburn: Rōzu)
She came to sense a coming doomsday and that this event would be caused by a great evil. The source of this evil was revealed to had been M. Bison where she believed she had the power to rid him from the world for good.
Overview
Personality and attributes
In appearance, Rose was a tall human woman with fair complexion who had violet eyes and pursing lips. In addition, she had long, purple, wavy hair that flowed outward horizontally and a large, zigzag forelock.
Powers and abilities
Despite being a natural-born human, she was noted to had some some of M. Bison's soul.
She was a wielder of the Soul Power (ソウルパワー Souru Pawā?) that was said to be an antithesis to the corruptive Psycho Power. This kinetic color-changing energy was capable of being channelled through her body and even objects such as her scarf.

- It was said in a behind the scenes video that the character was inspired by that of Lisa Lisa from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
