Sithicus

Sithicus is a domain in the southern Core, primarily populated by elves and savage halflings. The domain was originally formed around the death knight Lord Soth, but after his return to Krynn following the Hour of Screaming Shadows, the domain's darklordship was passed to the Vistana Inza Kulchevich. However, Soth's traitorous former seneschal, the werebadger Azrael Dak, is the effective ruler- Inza has yet to fully reveal herself.
