Spark Man (DWN #023) was a Robot Master, created by Dr. Wily. With the rest of his fellows- Gemini Man, Hard Man, Magnet Man, Needle Man, Snake Man, Shadow Man and Top Man- he started a robot revolution until he was defeated by Mega Man. His weapon was the Spark Shock.
