Spire

The Spire is a massive, needle-like object at the very center of the Outlands. The Spire is said to be infinitely tall, and yet the city of Sigil is contained within a torus at the top of it.

The Spire affects the Outlands around it, draining the surroundings of magical power. The closer one gets to the Spire, the less magic works. At the Spire itself, even the gods are powerless. Only the rilmani, the guardians of neutrality, retain their full power at the base of the Spire.

According to some, the Spire is the central point of the multiverse.
