Stanisloff was the Russian ballet instructor who tutored a young Leonid Destroyovitch. Against Stanisloff's advice, Leonid ate too many sweets and became fat, and was mocked and ridiculed so much he ran away and became a supervillain, Destroyo. Years later, Arthur and Batmanuel sought Stanisloff's help in finding a weakness in Destroyo. Despite being beaten up by the duo when they mistook him for one of Destroyo's assassins, Stanisloff indulged them by telling them of Destroyo's past and providing them with young Leonid's ballet slipper.
