Sunglasses Henchman

This sunglasses-wearing henchman was one of Victor Scrimshaw's underlings. He was a high school graduate. He appeared to suffer from narcolepsy, and would often pass out in the midst of too much excitement; he fainted at the sight of the "Cowboy" changing into Jack Putter, and also at the sight of the shrunken Scrimshaw and Dr. Canker.
Comments
- His fate is different in the original script. He and the tall henchman die by being blown up in a helicopter, in a sequence that was never filmed.
