Energon (Series)
The Terrorcons were legions of identical soldiers recreated by Alpha Quintesson from the armies of Planet Q. They later served under Megatron. The Terrorcons included the Battle Ravages and Divebombs.
Energon (Comic)
The Terrorcons were a splinter faction of Decepticons, led by Scorponok, who refused to accept the Autobot-Decepticon peace following Unicron's attack. Contacting the Alpha Quintesson, they made a deal; in exchange for enhanced hyper-modes granted by tapping into Unicron's power, they would gather energon and sow chaos on Earth and Cybertron. Other members of the Terrorcons include Battle Ravage and Divebomb.
