The Gray

The Gray is an inner plane in Athas' cosmology. It lies between the Material Plane and the Astral Plane and borders the Elemental Planes, much as the Ethereal Plane does on other worlds. The Gray also has features of both the Positive and Negative Energy Planes (which do not exist in Dark Sun), acting as the source of necromantic power.
