Biography
The One was the undead creation of Dr. Victor Frankenstein during the time of the 18th century. He was created by the English scientist following his discovery of a method of reanimating the corpse with a soul which could think, feel, and speak. Whilst reanimated, the creation went out of control that ultimately led to the death of Dr. Frankenstein. Though Frankenstein was dead, his research findings managed to survive with these being a set of documents called Victor's Notes. His creation was known as the One who managed to survive the events and disappeared from the world where he lived in isolation. Whilst his creator was dead, others attempted to replicate his experiments and managed to successfully reanimate the dead though without a soul. This chain of events led to the creation of Necroware with these devices used to animate the dead and use them in various roles such as labor or as soldiers during the 19th century.

Powers and abilities
Within his cane, he had technology that allowed him to generate sonic waves which he could use to control the undead reanimated with Necroware. Through this means, he was able to subvert command over them and get these creations to follow his command. However, a more powerful command system was able to nullify his control over the undead.
