History

Dr. Victor Frankenstein's research notes.

Victor's Notes were a set of papers and documents that were the research notes of Dr. Victor Frankenstein. Frankenstein was successful in creation the first corpse that was reanimated with life and being given a soul in the 18th century. However, during the event, Frankenstein was killed and the creature he had created disappeared form the world. The research notes themselves were lost for a time but the achievements of Dr. Frankenstein were taken on in the centuries that followed. During the 19th century, Victor's technology was developed leading to the creation of Necroware and the rise of the Corpse Engineers. Developments led to the dead being reanimated to serve in society in a variety of roles from labourers to soldiers. Initially, human society rejected these undead and attacked them but women were the first to accept them in time. Thus, the world changed as the undead were used in various aspects of society around the world.

After being recruited, John Watson sought out the Notes of Victor in order to bring back the soul to his friend Friday.
