History

The collective Strangers.

The race, however, became endangered and began experimenting on Humans in order to analyse the nature versus nurture concept of their Human hosts in order to survive. To do this, they created a city out of their starship to replicate a Human city and took a number of Humans from Earth in order to observe. They would constantly alter the city layout and the memories of its citizens in order to further their experiments which were assisted by a Human scientist. The city was kept in a constant state of darkness due to the Strangers aversion to sunlight and when the clock tower reached its designated time; all the inhabitants of the city would go unconscious while new memories were implanted within their minds.

The Strangers became concerned when the Human John Murdoch began to recover his lost memories as well as retain their "tuning" powers. They dispatched several of their agents to retrieve this Human but failed. After which, they injected one of their agents with Murdoch's memories in order to make him an effective tracker. Ultimately, they succeeded in capturing Murdoch, however, his powers were enhanced by Dr. Schreber who imprinted the races collective memory on his psyche. Murdoch breaks free and battles the leader of the Strangers and defeats him.

The surviving Strangers retreat from the sunlight and begin to die in their underground layer. Its unknown if there are any surviving members of the race.

Overview

The Strangers are a group of Human appearing individuals that wear trenchcoats and hats with a pale white-ish skin. They are actually small alien parasites with powerful psychokinetic powers allowing them to put Humans to sleep, manipulate their environment and even levitate. They possess a collective consciousness making them somewhat linked to one another. They make use of dead Human bodies as husks to occupy though appear to be somewhat sensitive to sunlight.
