Thuggee

The Thuggee were a barbaric Indian cult who worshipped the Hindu goddess Kali with human sacrifices. Although they were seemingly "done away with nicely" by the British army according to Captain Blumburtt, they merely went underground and sought to re-establish themselves by starting a new sect within the bowels of Pankot Palace. Their high priest was Mola Ram.
