Tiann Jerjerrod

Moff Tiann Jerjerrod is the Imperial moff who supervised the construction of the second Death Star at Endor. Jerjerrod was in the unenviable position of reporting the Death Star's progress to Darth Vader. When the construction fell behind schedule, Emperor Palpatine dispatched Vader as his emissary to snap Jerjerrod's crews into shape. During the Battle of Endor, Jerjerrod commanded the Death Star's operational superlaser against the Rebel forces.
Expanded Universe
Although neither shown or explicitly stated, it is generally assumed that Jerjerrod was killed when the Death Star blew up. The novelization of the film by James Kahn supports this.
