Vigil

Vigil was a costumed crime-fighter, a genetic sparker who battled criminals in Gotham City during the effects on Batman and other Gotham heroes on Know Man's amnesia spell. He was recruited by Know Man to battle the reformed Justice League of America, only to be defeated by the Martian Manhunter.
