Biography

With the destruction of Colu, Dox came to blame the Justice League and mankind for their role in the disaster. Thus, he vowed to make them pay and travelled separately to Earth where he sped up the cosmic seeds growth on the planet in order to entice the Omega Titans to destroy the world. However, he was thwarted by the returned Justice League though Vril decided to continue his vendetta against the Earth heroes even after the Omega Titans were defeated. - Vril Dox was originally created by Edmond Hamilton, Cary Bates and Curt Swan where he made his first appearance in Superman v1 #167 (February 1964).
- The character was revamped by Keith Giffen, Bill Mantlo and Todd McFarlane where he made his first appearance in Invasion! v1 #1 (January, 1989).
