William "Bill" Truman-Lodge was Franz Sanchez's accountant, a former Wall-Street banker wanted in the US for insider trading. He was openly critical of Sanchez, to the point that after he finally yelled at him for allowing James Bond to destroy two tankers of cocaine-laced gasoline at once, Sanchez shot him dead on the spot without a second thought.
