- In Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide, a Wood Elf character was playable in the cooperative fighting video game with players able to take the role of the Waywatcher Kerillian. She was stated to had left her post as guardian in the forests of her peoples ancient homeland of Athel Loren.
- In Total War: Warhammer, the Wood Elves were introduced as a playable faction in the real-time strategy video game in the "Realm of the Wood Elves" DLC. They could occupy any region in the map in order to obtain the resource 'Amber' that was used to build infrastructure and they protected as well as upgraded the 'Oak of Ages' that lay at the centre of their territory.
