Aoskar was a power of portals who made inroads into Sigil. However, after one of the Lady of Pain's dabus (later known as Fell) became an Aoskar-worshipper, she slew the deity. Aoskar has a scant few worshippers remaining, but still remains dead in the depths of the Astral Plane.
