Carter J. Burke was a young executive working for Weyland-Yutani. Burke was instructed to accompany a squad of Colonial Marines to LV426 following loss of contact with Hadley's Hope. When it was discovered that the colony had been decimated by Xenomorphs, Burke planned to have Ellen Ripley and Newt Jorden impregnated with alien embryoes in order to get live specimens of the creatures back to Earth and past customs, as per Company orders.
