Top Man (DWN #021) was a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily. With the rest of his fellows- Gemini Man, Hard Man, Magnet Man, Needle Man, Shadow Man, Snake Man and Spark Man- he started a robot revolution until he was defeated by Mega Man. His weapon was the Top Spin.
