Master Militarius was one of the fake nemeses invented by the U.S. Air Force as part of the false back-history created for Captain Atom. Babylon, Dr. Megala's aide, masqueraded as Militarius in order to kidnap and distract General Wade Eiling and Captain Allard long enough for the Megala-X satellite to be launched.
