A law student, Sarah Clinton found herself roomed with Joyce Brown- basically her antithesis- during her first year of college. She hit it off with Joe for a time, but the relationship never really went anywhere (likely thanks to Joe's libido). Sarah had some peace and quiet after Joyce disappeared, only to become roommates with the equally grating Mary.
Sarah eventually graduated, and entered the employ of Bart O'Ryan, preparing to help prosecute Joyce after the murder of her evil twin was revealed. Despite that, she wound up helping Joyce and Walky arrive at the final battle with the Martians.
