The National Threat Assessment Command, known as NTAC, is an organization in The 4400.
Background
The NTAC was created as a separate branch of the Department of Homeland Security which was tasked with dealing with the 4400. The organization possesses multiple agents that are charged with investigating cases related to the 4400.
