Tormack was the leader of a nation with plans of conquering the world and subjecting it to his whims. He was responsible for raiding the settlements of Princess [[Goleeta]] in order to capture her magical shield. After this, he became aware of the [[Golden Lance]] and coveted its power as he believed that the two magical artifacts would make him all powerful.
