The Behemoth was a prototype Enforcer tank built by Puma-Dyne Labs. Much larger than the average Enforcer tank, the Behemoth was designed by Puma-Dyne's scientists to the exact specifications of Commander Feral so that it would be able to handle anything, including the Swat Kats.
