When [[Bucky O'Hare|Bucky O'Hare]] proposed that the [[UAC]] sign a treaty with [[Captain Lanelle]] of the [[Corsair Canards]] in order to combine their forces against the [[Toad Empire]], Grebb, who detested pirates, was against the idea. When Harman agreed with Bucky, a furious Grebb left the council chamber and did not participate in the signing of the treaty. His hatred of the Corsair Canards initially made Bucky suspect him of being a spy for the toads, but after Harman was revealed to be a newt controlling a robot walrus body, Grebb was cleared of these charges.
