He was shown as being a blonde haired individual with blue eyes who was 5'6" in height and weighed 114 lbs where he was the son of Obadiah Stane and Kelly Sue Stane both of whom were deceased. It was said that he had died in an airplane accident many years ago with Tony Stark attending the funeral but Ezekiel had inherited his fathers fortune to become a terrorist. Stane was said to had injected nanobots into his brain to make himself even more smarter and had a particular interest in techno-organic armor. He hired the Raiders to attack the launch site for Stark Industries 'Howard' satellite that was to be launched in orbit. Stane would make an appearance at the launch site where he murdered the support crew at the site where he was confronted by Iron Man. Despite Stark's efforts, he was unable to defeat Ezekial's Technovore suit with him launching the satellite into space as part of his plan. In the confrontation, he revealed his true identity where he stated that the leaders of all fascist companies that placed their faith in high-technology were relics destined for death whilst Ezekiel himself represented the future.
