Tryco Slatterus was a male extraterrestrial being who was a member of the Elders of the Universe. (Marvel Two-In-One Annual v1 #7)

He came to the planet Skardon where he sought a challenger and defeated its greatest warriors in a boxing ring. Under the rules of its people, that meant that the Champion came to be the ruler of Skardon where he allowed it to fall into disrepair as he sought a worthy opponent.
