Following the Flashpoint, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events.
He later tracked down Cameron Chase during her holiday in Paris and had a meeting with her. Director Bones was back in charge of a re-instated D.E.O. and that he wanted Chase back as agent working for him. He also warned her against refusing as he reminded her what happened to people that turned him down. (Infinite Frontier v1 #1)
Bones came to join the group of intelligence officials and others that sought to help dismantle Mark Shaw's Leviathan organization. (Checkmate v3 #1)
