Biography
Shirou Emiya (Japanese: 衛宮 士郎, Hepburn: Emiya Shirō) was a male human who lived in Japan by the modern age where he was with his family in Shinto. Around 10 years ago, the Fourth Grail War resulted in a great fire erupting that consumed the city which killed his parents whilst leaving Shirou mortally wounded in the blaze. After the last Grail War, the orphaned Shirou was adopted by Kiritsugu Emiya (衛宮 切嗣, Emiya Kiritsugu?) thus becoming his son. This also made him the adopted brother of Illyasviel Von Einzbern.
It was shown that he was initially attracted to Saber from the moment he saw her after she had been summoned.
