History
The Multiverse Authority (M.V.A.) was an organization that was established in another reality that was charged with protecting the Multiverse.
At some point, agent Yulaw was forced to defend himself against a version of himself from another universe and was forced to kill him. This saw his energy disperse into the surviving versions of Gabriel thus making them stronger as a result. This made Yulaw seeking to attain ultimate power by murdering his counterparts and becoming the One.
He was taken back to the MVA headquarters in the Alpha Universe where he was sentenced to life in the Stygian penal colony in the Hades universe. However, Yulaw managed to escape and teleported himself to the Charis universe in order to hunt down the last variation of himself that existed within the Multiverse.
