Mount Inostranka was a large mountain situated in Alaska where the United States of America constructed a secret prison facility a craft of undetermined origin crashed in the Brooks Range of northern Alaska after World War II. Within the vessel were extraterrestrials that on the surface seemed similar to humans but had some differences on a genetic level. These survivors were deemed a threat by the U.S. government where the military went about to detain them. Thus, they looked to create a prison within the Alaskan region which was designed to hold the 97 prisoners that came during a mysterious event.
