Mount Inostranka was a large mountain situated in Alaska where the United States of America constructed a secret prison facility a craft of undetermined origin crashed in the Brooks Range of northern Alaska after World War II. Within the vessel were extraterrestrials that on the surface seemed similar to humans but had some differences on a genetic level. These survivors were deemed a threat by the U.S. government where the military went about to detain them. Thus, they looked to create a prison within the Alaskan region which was designed to hold the 97 prisoners that came during a mysterious event. The facility was constructed in [[1944]] under the direction of Major General '''Justin T. Randall''' who was the Coordinator of Information of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS). General Randall was one of only two people at the time who knew the true reason for the construction of the facility. The only other person was Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Beatty of the Pacific Ocean Division of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The USACE was charged with building the facility. After the event, these individuals were kept strictly at the facility with it being overseen by the CIA for many years. Information on the Mount Inostranka facility had always been on a 'needs to know basis'.
