The Night Creepers were a criminal syndicate of high-tech ninjas that operated in the world. There were many investigations conducted on the origins and structure of the organization but these had led to all the investigators disappearing under mysterious circumstances. At some point, they formed a contract with the Cobra Organization where they offered a wide variety of services to the Cobra Commander.
