The Forehead was a supervillain thug.

Tick (Amimated)

A short man with an unnaturally large, bald forehead. Along with Boils Brown and Zipperneck, he was sent by Chairface Chippendale to steal the Geissman Lenses from the Very Deadly Superweapons Laboratory.

Despite a run-in with the Tick, Arthur, and American Maid and the loss of both Boils and Zipperneck, the Forehead escaped with the Geissman Lenses back to Chairface's mansion. At Chairface's birthday party, he was the one who recognized a disguised American Maid, and alerted his Chairface.

Tick (Live)

The Forehead's name was seen listed among several other villains in Captain Liberty's criminal database.
